Interior Architecture

Plan, section and light resolved together — the structure of the room before the surface of it.

Most of what makes a room work is decided before a single finish is chosen. Where you walk, where the light lands at four in the afternoon, where the storage disappears into the wall. We start there, and only then talk about materials.

Residential Interiors

Houses and apartments designed for the Tuesday evening, not the photoshoot.

A family home has to survive homework, guests, cooking for twelve and a decade of wear. We design for the ordinary evening first. If it also photographs well, that is a side effect.

Spatial Styling

Furniture, textile and object direction, sourced and placed by the people who drew the plan.

Styling fails when it is treated as a separate job handed to someone who never saw the drawings. We keep it in-house, so the rug is chosen against the real floor tone and the lamp is bought for the socket that exists.

Architectural Concepts

Massing, façade and feasibility studies for plots that have not been built on yet.

Before you commit to a structure, it is worth knowing what the plot will actually allow, how the sun moves across it, and what three different massing options would cost to build. That is what this stage buys you.

Material & Detail Direction

A short, specified material list with real names, finishes and maintenance notes.

“Beige stone” is not a specification. This service exists for clients who already have a contractor and a plan, and need someone to decide exactly what goes where — and to write it down so it cannot be swapped on site.

Do you take on a single room?

Yes. A kitchen or a bathroom is a perfectly good place to start, and it is often how longer relationships begin. The process is the same, just shorter — usually three to five weeks from brief to drawing set.

How is the fee calculated?

Design work is quoted as a fixed sum against a defined scope, not as a percentage you cannot predict. Turnkey execution is quoted separately against a bill of quantities. You see both numbers before anything starts.

Can you work with our own contractor?

Absolutely. We will hand them a drawing set detailed enough to build from, and we can stay on in a supervision-only role so the drawings are actually followed on site.

Do you work outside Rajshahi?

We do. Most sites are in Rajshahi and the surrounding districts, but we regularly take work elsewhere in Bangladesh. Travel and site-visit frequency are agreed in the proposal.

What do you need from us to begin?

A floor plan if you have one, a rough budget band, and an honest list of what is not working today. If you have none of those, the first session is where we build them together.
